What we need to do now is talk to each other. We’d like to know what you like from your holidays. What is important to you? If you haven’t already done so have a look at the itineraries page and the list of thing to do. These are just suggestions – you may have a your own particular interests.
Get in touch so we can begin to create your perfect holiday. Fill out the form below or just give us a ring!
|
How the process works
Our initial discussion and consultation is free. At this stage we will discuss what you would like from your holiday and your overall budget.
After our initial discussion when we will have established the bare bones of your trip, we will send an information form, including our terms and conditions, which you will need to complete and return to us by post, along with a non-refundable itinerary planning fee of £120 per person which will be credited to the overall cost of your trip. (For day trips this non-refundable fee will be £50 per person.)
On receipt of the above we will prepare a draft itinerary for discussion with you. Any amendments to this initial draft will be made free of charge.
When you are happy with your itinerary we will need you to send us a signed booking authorisation and a non-refundable booking deposit of £200 per person which again will be credited to the overall cost of your trip. (For day trips we require the booking authorisation only.) At this point we would require proof that you have arranged travel and health insurance. Before you send this deposit we will have supplied a total tour cost to you. However, any amendments to the itinerary after this stage will incur additional costs.
60 days before the start of your tour with us, we will need payment in full and on receipt of this we will send your final itinerary and information pack.
|
PS
Reservations for tours made less than 30 days before departure will require an additional fee of £50 per person.
Significant changes to the agreed itinerary will incur charges. This includes transport, accommodation and organised visits.
All the arrangements for the tour, including private tours are paid for in advance, so therefore if any services are unused, no refund can be given.
